AdvancePro Launching New Mobile App

AdvancePro, an inventory management platform, is launching a new mobile App for Android devices on Monday March 12. AP Mobile serves as the intelligent arm of AdvancePro’s inventory management platform, and has historically been dedicated to warehouse management functions, with receiving, picking, packing and shipping, cycle counts and inventory transfer abilities all integrated with barcode scanning.

But as of March 12 (2018) AP Mobile is leaving the shop floor and will begin offering Sales Reps and field workers the information and tools they need to close deals with ease. AP Mobile App users will be able to view real-time inventory details and stock levels, create sales orders and accept payment from anywhere. The app is seamlessly integrated with AdvancePro, so the warehouse team can still get the order details instantly and can prep to ship quickly.

AP Mobile will help companies create a truly efficient process from sale to ship, allowing them to turn their stock faster and delight their customers. Let’s look at the new sales feature and the process of creating a new sale.

With this new App you can start a new sales order from an existing customer, open an existing sales order, or even add a new customer before starting a new sales order.  You will easily add items and order specifics using your Android device. You can even see the details of any item in your AdvancePro inventory.

You will finalize the order while working with your customer, making any appropriate changes based upon their ordering needs and shipping requirements. When you’ve selected the items for your order, submit it and all aspects of the Sales Order are posted to AdvancePro including customer details, payment terms and shipping dates.

You can even accept payments using the new App via cash or credit card, or simply save the order as a quote if you wish and then send them an invoice. Once payment is complete, the receipt can be emailed to the customer.

Once the order has been completed, all inventory levels will be adjusted automatically and the order is ready to be picked, packed and shipped.
