PayFocus Mobile is the newest enhancement to PayFocus, state-of-the-art online payroll solutions designed to provide small businesses the best payroll processing experience possible. The mobile app is currently available for download at the Apple Store to PayFocus and PayFocus Pro employees.

“At BenefitMall, we are always in pursuit of innovative solutions that will strengthen the foundations on which we serve our clients,” said Michelle Sheffield, CIO for BenefitMall. “PayFocus Mobile was designed to empower all employees through effortless management and easy access to their information.”

With PayFocus Mobile, employees will now have access to their information at all times via their phone or tablet. In addition to viewing and downloading all employee pay history and pay stubs, users can also view and change all W-2, tax and withholding information.

“The app is designed to be user friendly and extremely intuitive for all those who download and utilize PayFocus,” said Sheffield. “It is our intention to build in new capabilities and roll out updates as we identify additional needs from users.”

The mobile app also allows users to view and update demographics to allow for personal customization. Other highlights include the ability to request time-off and view accruals, as well as streamline direct deposits.
