We employ Agile methodology for design and development, as this allows us to deliver products on schedule while maintaining the ability to be flexible.

Our development team operates on two-week sprint cycles, delivering iterative builds at the end of each sprint for review internally and by the client.

CitrusBits’ technical leads have numerous industry certifications in project management and Agile/Scrum-based development, and our Head of Engineering is a key participant on every enterprise mobile app project team.

Collaboration is Key

To ensure responsive collaboration and transparency across the team and for our clients, we use collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, Instabug, and others specifically requested by our clients.

All project managers are based locally here in the US, and we typically seek to establish weekly or bi-weekly cadence calls with our enterprise clients.
